Laurie Bolton has extensive professional experience in the strategic management of Human Resources and in the provision of human resource, industrial and management consultancy services to employers in the health, disability, housing, indigenous, state and commonwealth government sectors.

Laurie has significant experience in: managing industrial disputes; negotiations with unions and representation in the Industrial Relations Commission; the development and implementation of change management strategies and initiatives; project managing large, time critical multiple assignments; organisation review; job design; job evaluation and salary and classification management.

Laurie has demonstrated through his work the ability to analyse and research organisational issues and problems, proposing and implementing creative solutions.

Laurie is a registered Agent in the Industrial Relations Commission, a Certified Professional of the Australian Human Resources Institute and has a tertiary qualification majoring in Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations.
